Following the approval of PIP-66, which deprecated the GovCo and established a decentralized multisig authority to manage the wallets previously under its control, we initiated the process to replace the signers of those multisigs.
The first step was the selection of 8 signers, in accordance with the approved proposal.
Now that the process has been completed, and in the interest of transparency and community oversight, we are sharing the final composition of the new multisig signers.
Wallets
The wallets previously controlled by GovCo are known as Fee Claimer Wallets, where Velora collects fees across the different chains it operates on. The relevant wallets are:

Signers (5/8)
As approved, the new multisig includes 8 signers, and at least 5 of them (5/8) are required to approve and execute any transaction.
Some signers have already publicly shared their wallet addresses in the original designation post. For the remaining signers, we reached out privately to collect the necessary information.
Below is the list of signers and their respective wallets:

Foundation – Delegated to Laita Wallet: 0x4b5d06B309c32C0c8e73585358cF72E7a6E593F6
*We hereby confirm that we have communicated with the Foundation team, who expressed their gratitude to the DAO for being appointed as a signer. However, they have informed us that, due to operational limitations, they do not currently have wallets set up on all the required chains. As a result, they have decided to delegate signing responsibilities to Laita, a service provider with whom they have a long-standing and highly trusted relationship. That said, the Foundation has committed to closely monitoring the multisig’s activity and signature execution to ensure proper oversight and accountability. Accordingly, the Foundation will be added as a signer through Laita’s wallet (0x4b5d06B309c32C0c8e73585358cF72E7a6E593F6), who will act on their behalf and represent them in this capacity.
Regarding the Top 3 Delegate seats, as outlined in the PIP-66, the VP and active participation of all delegates will be reviewed again in three months (early-mid October) to determine whether any replacements are needed. Any signer who resigns, shows disinterest, or fails to fulfill signing duties may be replaced earlier.
In case of replacement of any signer, it will be communicated in this topic.
