Rationale:

  • PIP-59 was proposed by Bybit, with no similar proposal for other aggregators.
  • Bybit delisted PSP a few days before PIP-59.
  • ParaSwap is a tool and is not responsible for what happened to Bybit.
  • The 40 ETH represent less than an hour of Bybit’s revenue, so returning them is insignificant for Bybit but substantial for us.
  • This generates less revenue.
