Relevant Background and skills (Summarize your professional or DAO experience relevant to growth, marketing, partnerships, or DeFi strategy):
I bring a multidisciplinary background at the intersection of product, marketing, growth, and project management within the Web3 ecosystem. At ICP Hub Brasil, I led ecosystem growth by launching localized strategies to activate developers, form educational partnerships, and drive adoption of blockchain infrastructure. This included designing community programs, managing go-to-market campaigns, and coordinating with global DAO stakeholders, always with clear KPIs and agile execution.
Previously, as Product Owner at DeCARB, I worked on market validation, business modeling, and roadmap delivery for a climate-tech solution integrating tokenized incentives. I collaborated closely with design, engineering, and comms teams to align user needs with strategic goals.
With a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management (USP/ESALQ), I combine strategic thinking with operational rigor. I’m skilled in tools like Notion, Miro, ClickUp, and Web3 native platforms, and I thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. My focus is always on sustainable growth, where community, product, and ecosystem goals align to generate real value.
What can you contribute to the Velora Growth Committee? (Highlight specific contributions, strengths, or areas you’d like to take ownership of):
I can contribute to the Velora Growth Committee by bringing a product-led growth mindset, strong execution skills, and deep experience in Web3 community activation across emerging markets. I’d be excited to take ownership of go to market strategies, localized growth experiments, and partnerships with Web3 education hubs, fintechs, and grassroots communities especially in Brazil and Latin America.
My strengths lie in translating user insights into actionable growth loops, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and designing scalable programs that bridge Velora’s product vision with real world adoption. At ICP Hub Brasil, I led ecosystem expansion through educational campaigns, developer engagement, and strategic partnerships with universities and startups. I also have a strong background in agile project management, user centric product strategy, and growth tracking.
I’m particularly interested in helping Velora grow in high-potential but underserved markets, designing community onboarding funnels, and collaborating with other committee members to test and iterate on ideas quickly. I believe my experience and energy can help turn growth hypotheses into measurable impact.
What is your motivation for applying to this working group? (Tell us why this opportunity matters to you - max 3 sentences):
