Proposal: PIP-66 - Deprecation of the Governance Committee
Vote: For
Rationale: Voted in favor, as this is an approach to improving the DAO’s decentralization. It saves the DAO $60K per year, and the signer election method is also fair.
Proposal: PIP-67: Project Miro - Deployment of VLR on BSC
Vote: Against
Rationale: I am against this proposal, as I see it as a waste of resources on a chain with minimal traction. We are already offering our services on BSC, and the proposal provides no information about the potential for a Binance listing if we expand the Velora token to this chain. Moreover, this move would further fragment our token’s liquidity.

Proposal: PIP-68 - Upgrade VeloraDAO’s space to Snapshot Pro
Vote: For
Rationale: I voted in favor because it allows delegators greater flexibility in splitting voting power among delegates based on their areas of expertise. It can also serve as an alternative option, ensuring delegators don’t miss a vote if their chosen delegates are unavailable. The Pro plan costs are reasonable, and it could help elevate the Velora brand by featuring it more prominently on Snapshot’s main page.
- Proposals: PIP-70 - Velora Contributors Program (VCP) - Cycle 2 Renewal
Vote: FOR
Reasoning: I support the renewal of the Velora Contributors Program (VCP) for Cycle 2, as it represents an evolution of Cycle 1. This renewal raises expectations for contributors and delegates to contribute more effectively in order to reach maximum compensation. The budget and compensation appear fair when compared to the workload and the size of the treasury. Lastly, I believe the SEEDGov has significant experience in designing DAO incentive programs, which increases the likelihood of this program being as successful as the first cycle.
Proposal: PIP-69 - Velora Treasury Management
Vote: For
Rationale:
Every developing or mature DAO needs a professional Treasury Manager who can efficiently allocate capital toward sustainable growth, contributor incentives, and long-term ecosystem resilience — and most importantly, generate safe yields on idle DAO capital. Fortunately, we have an expert in our DAO who can manage this role professionally who is “avantgarde”
Proposal: Rewards distribution for Epoch 34

Proposal: PIP-71: VeloraDAO Sponsorship of Governance Day 2025 – Buenos Aires
Vote: Sponsor Gov Day – Silver Plan
Rationale: VeloraDAO is still a relatively early-stage DAO but already has a diverse set of delegates contributing to its growth. Considering the size of our treasury, I believe the Silver Plan is a well-suited option that allows us to have a brief presentation at Gov Day without overstretching resources.
Proposal: PIP-72 – Liquidity Funding for Futarchy Experimentation in Velora Governance
Vote: Abstain
Rationale:
I appreciate the Futarchy founder for providing clarity on my earlier comment regarding the proposal. However, after careful consideration—and as I have stated multiple times before—I generally oppose experimenting with new initiatives across the DAO due to the limited treasury size. Therefore, I am not in favor of this proposal.
I chose to abstain for two reasons:
-
To align my vote with other delegates rather than voting against.
-
If the proposal passes, I am comfortable with it, as it does not pose a significant risk to the DAO and requires only a modest amount of capital.
Proposal: Gas Refunds distribution for Epoch 35
Vote: FOR
Rationale: Following the vote on the automatic distribution of staking rewards to users, we support the automatic distribution of user rewards to further enhance the decentralization and efficiency of the VeloraDEX protocol in epoch 35.
Proposal: Gas Refunds distribution for Epoch 35
Vote: FOR
Rationale: In line with the previous gas refund to stakers, I voted in favor of the gas refund distribution for Epoch 35.
Proposal: PIP-73 : VeloraDAO x Octav Partnership for Clear Treasury Reporting
Vote: FOR
Rationale: The Octav service will help us gain a better perspective and provide a more transparent view of the DAO treasury. The overall cost makes sense, and the service provider’s user interface is well-designed and user-friendly.
Proposal: [TEST] Test Proposal v3 – oSnap Base Chain Integration Check
Vote: For
Rationale:
A simple, low-cost test to confirm the oSnap–Safe setup functions correctly on Base before real fund distributions.

Proposal: PIP-75 - Fund request from a user claiming losses due to the March 2024 AugustusV6 vulnerability
Vote: Against
Rationale: Once again, we truly understand the frustration of the affected users, but due to the reasons mentioned here — most importantly, protecting the DAO treasury and avoiding setting a future precedent — I decided to vote against it.
Proposal: PIP-76: Governance Cost Rationalization and Operational Continuity
Vote: For
Rationale: I voted for the proposal, as mentioned here.
DAO progress takes time, and it also takes time for those efforts to translate into price. Given that we’re deep in a bear market, it’s necessary to preserve the treasury for protocol development.
