The PIP-70 - Velora Contributors Program (VCP) - Cycle 2 Renewal was approved on snapshot voting, which established the renewal to cycle 2 of the delegate program over a 6-month period. For all the details, we suggest you read the proposal.

In accordance with the next steps established therein:

  • Today, Friday, August 29, 2025 starts a 7-day period for any delegate willing to participate to apply in this thread.
  • Applications close on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:59:59 pm UTC.

It is essential that delegates wishing to participate meet the following requirements:

  • Fulfil the requirements established in the approved proposal:
  • State in this thread your willingness to apply for the 6-month Velora Contributors Program (VCP) - Cycle 2. There is no pre-established formulas, it is sufficient any manifestation that undoubtedly externalises the willingness to apply.

According to the delegate participation metrics we have monitored, which are publicly available in Velora’s Snapshot space, the delegates who currently meet the stated requirements and may apply if they wish are:

Delegates who do not currently meet the minimum requirements mentioned above may apply at any time during Cycle 2 of the program as long as they meet the eligibility requirements at the time of application.

Important dates:

  • Velora Contributors Program (VCP) - Cycle 2 - Start: September 1, 2025.
  • Velora Contributors Program (VCP) - Cycle 2 - End: February 28, 2026.
  • Metrics monitoring timeframe: 6 months.
  • Final impact report: 15 days prior the Program End.
