It is essential that delegates wishing to participate meet the following requirements:

Delegates who do not currently meet the minimum requirements mentioned above may apply at any time during Cycle 2 of the program as long as they meet the eligibility requirements at the time of application.

That said, it is important to clarify that applications will remain open throughout the 6-month term of the program, so delegates who do not currently meet the minimum requirements may apply at any time during Cycle 2, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria at the time of application.
For this purpose, and for organizational reasons and to allow appropriate time to track and evaluate the activity of the delegates participating in the program, applications submitted between the 1st and the 7th day of each month will be valid and effective for that same month, while applications submitted on or after the 8th day will take effect starting from the following month.
