Regarding the Top 3 Delegate seats, as outlined in the PIP-66, the VP and active participation of all delegates will be reviewed again in three months (early-mid October) to determine whether any replacements are needed. Any signer who resigns, shows disinterest, or fails to fulfill signing duties may be replaced earlier.

We inform that there have been no changes in the ranking of the top 3 delegates with platform posted on the forum, active participation, and highest voting power. Therefore, it has not been necessary to replace any signer of the community multisigs.

As established, the next review will take place in mid-January 2026.
