SEEDGov Delegate Platform

Proposals:

Vote: FOR

Rationale: We used the verification tool provided by Wakeup Labs with the JSON files for the three networks -Mainnet, Optimism, and Base- for both the Rewards Distribution and the Gas Refund proposals. Everything appears to be correct, so we are voting in favor of the distributions outlined in both proposals.

Proposal: PIP-75 - Fund request from a user claiming losses due to the March 2024 AugustusV6 vulnerability

Vote: AGAINST

Rationale: We vote against based on the considerations we have stated in the thread opened by the requester, which we take to be reproduced here as our position on the case remains unchanged:

Proposal: PIP-76: Governance Cost Rationalization and Operational Continuity

Vote: FOR

Rationale: We voted in favor of the proposal due to a concrete financial constraint: this is not a philosophical or ideological debate about what the DAO’s structure should be, nor about which governance frameworks or incentive systems are preferable, the protocol is not generating sufficient revenue to cover recurring expenses, and the decline in the VLR price makes it unsustainable to maintain the delegate program without draining the DAO’s treasury. In this context, it is reasonable to prioritize limited resources toward the technical maintenance of the protocol.
While we regret this situation, all the initiatives we had planned for 2026 are not abandoned but postponed. We remain confident that Velora will overcome this critical phase and that, in time, these ideas can be revisited and adapted. In the meantime, we will continue contributing from different roles and responsibilities, maintaining our commitment to Velora.
