Vote: Against
Rationale: We voted against this proposal for the following reasons:

High price: We have read the reports linked by the proposer from MegaETH and Pyth Network (PYTH) and our opinion is that the budget required is too high for the extent of the work merely described. We highlight that the proposer has reduced the initial budget required by 25%, but we maintain our opinion that the price is still high.

Limited reach: The above mentioned regarding the length of the articles should not necessarily be a demerit if the reach of the audience is important, but in this respect, and based on the web metrics highlighted by @Avantgarde and the publications of the X account of the proposer, we note that the reports have a limited diffusion reach for what we understand should be the needs of ParaSwap.

Low impact: Related to the previous points, we do not see descriptive reports about ParaSwap with limited distribution being effective or impactful.

We would like to point out that the proposer has not respected the DAO governance framework (not the recently voted one, but the one that has been in effect for several months) regarding the way to submit his proposal, not proceeding to properly name -Proposal Number & Name- what should have been submitted as ‘PIP-58’.
