# PIP-62 - Velora Governance Task Force

### **Q2 - Performance amount calculation and request**

In accordance with [PIP-62](https://snapshot.box/#/s:paraswap-dao.eth/proposal/0x44d2ff787fe7371f012adb877a954f8c1b046c2fdc5dfc4a41941935d6987941), which approved the creation of the _Governance Task Force_, we inform the community that the second quarterly period (July-September 2025) has been completed. As such, it is time to calculate the [_performance amount_ as outlined in the aproved proposal](https://gov.velora.xyz/t/pip-62-velora-governance-task-force/2105#p-5425-budget-cost-breakdown-12):

> **Performance amount** : 1.5% of the revenue of the protocol up to a maximum of USD 60,000, to be calculated and paid on a quarterly basis up to a maximum of USD 15,000 per quarter, to be paid in PSP - or in the future new token it may eventually migrate to in accordance with [Project Miro](https://snapshot.box/#/s:paraswap-dao.eth/proposal/0x86a61d319e94c298f733ceb3727f5810201df5c3161733cbbc08a5aedff933cf) -:

> - Every quarter from April 2025, SEEDGov will be paid 1.5% of the protocol revenue up to a maximum of USD 15,000.
> - The source of truth for the calculation is the [official ParaSwap analytics dashboard](https://dashboard.paraswap.io/public/dashboard/bb8b5007-ecc3-44e9-bdbe-b4b7a5273eb4), especially the ‘Revenue - Last 90 days’ chart. In the event that this dashboard ceases to function, other sources will be used and discussed with the DAO.
> - Calculations and payments will be made in:
> - The first five days of July 2025, for the first quarter April-June,
> - The first five days of October 2025, for the second quarter July-September,
> - The first five days of January 2026, for the third quarter October-December,
> - The first five days of April 2026, for the fourth and last quarter January-March.
> 
> - PSP - or in the future new token it may eventually migrate to in accordance with [Project Miro](https://snapshot.box/#/s:paraswap-dao.eth/proposal/0x86a61d319e94c298f733ceb3727f5810201df5c3161733cbbc08a5aedff933cf) - will be transferred in those dates in quantity sufficient to cover the value in USD of 1.5% of the last 90 days’ protocol revenue, with a cap of 15,000 USD per quarter.
> - The value of PSP - or the future token that replaces it - to determine the amount to be transferred is calculated at the time each transfer is approved and executed

Based on the [official Velora analytics dashboard](https://dashboard.paraswap.io/public/dashboard/bb8b5007-ecc3-44e9-bdbe-b4b7a5273eb4), the protocol revenue generated over the last 90 days totals 693,632 USD.

Therefore, the 1.5% quarter performance amount (cap to 15,000 USD) due to SEEDGov for the July-September quarter amounts to 10,404.48 USD.

As approved, this amount is to be paid in PSP/VLR tokens at the equivalent value of 10,404.48 USD to be valued at the time of transfer.

As stipulated, we request that the PSP/VLR equivalent to 10,404.48 USD be transferred to the SEEDGov delegation wallet: 0x1a20c5106c11de13FE62ddE12BAdf5A04605A4b7
